sample delivery reached a month later although it was agreed to receive them within 10 days or less. The quality comparing to another supplier didn't seem the same as requested. the design was not as I wanted for the swimming cap after several revisions it still failed. The service and communication I could say was not too satisfying, some questions were being ignored and some were unclear, the order was taking too long to complete, and it was just 1 swimwear design sample.
